REGISTRATION PROCESS: Before submitting this form, CLICK HERE AND PAY for 1/2 tuition (minimum) now to secure your place in the program (plus $25 annual SoBe Arts Annual Membership Fee, if you have not done so within the last 12 months). Balance of tuition is due by January 24 (in some cases SoBe Arts will allow payments on balance due - contact office). If you are applying for one of our limited scholarships you must still pay this $25 membership fee (if applicable) with this registration. If you prefer not to use our online payment system you may pay in person at the office or mail this registration with check for payment to: SoBe Institute of the Arts. 2100 Washington Avenue. Miami Beach, Fl. 33139. Important note: Tuition and membership fee are non-refundable (except in cases where the class is canceled by SoBe Arts before it begins).
